Western Justice Center
As the Digital Strategy Director at the Western Justice Center, I built digital systems and communications infrastructure. The solutions tied disparate pieces together so the staff could focus on program and development.
Together with the program staff, we built a resource and lesson plan website, School Tools, delivering conflict resolution education for free to educators.
My first project was a complete redesign of the organization website and then built social media profiles. From there, I dug inward with an overhaul of our donor database choosing and then migrating to a new CRM. The CRM was the base connect our development plan with external communications integrating email, direct, and social media marketing for successful campaigns.
